- 150 gr. flour
- 150 gr potato flour
- 250 gr. butter
- 250 gr. sugar
- 3 spoonfuls of bitter cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 2dl milk
- baking powder
- a pinch of salt
With a wooden spoon or electric beater work the butter previously softened at room temperature until you get a soft and creamy mixture. Slowly add the sugar, eggs and salt without stopping mixing. Add the sieved flour together with the baking powder and milk.
Butter and dust with flour a round mould or a mould with a hole in the middle and put 3/4 of the mixture. Stir the cocoa in the remaining mixture and pour it in the mould with the help of a fork stirring in spiral to look like marble.
Bake at 180°C for 30/35 minutes.
