  • 300 g. sugar
  • 100 g. dark cocoa powder
  • 100 g. amaretti
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 l. milk

On the gas, caramelize 100 g. of sugar and pour it on the bottom of the cake mould. Stir the eggs with the rest of sugar, add the thinly crumbled amaretti and the cocoa powder. Add the cold milk to the mixture and put it in the mould. Cook in the oven (200°C) in a bain marie for about one hour. Let it cool down, turn it upside down on a plate and serve.
