- 500 gr. flour 00
- 30 gr. butter
- 2 eggs yolks + 1 egg
- a spoonful af sugar
- a little glass of sambuca or grappa or other sweet liquor
- 1/2 glass of dry white wine
- 1 l. frying oil
- salt
Roll out the dough with the purpose-made gadget in a very thin layer. Cut into rectangular pieces and make a cut in the middle. In a pan heat the oil at 170° and fry the pieces of pastry one at a time. Lay them on a paper to drain, then spinkle with a lot of sugar.
